Easy DIY Foot Soak

I have been reading and hearing for ages, about a foot soak which apparently rids of dried cracked heels, so I decided last night to give it a go, it involved the weird combination of Listerine and Vinegar!

This is all you need.

This is all you need.

Suprisingly it worked, my feet after a 15 minute soak were softer and smoother, I did not take any pictures as proof as I seriously hate my feet, so you’re going to have to take my word on this one.

To make the soak you will need;

1 cup Listerine (don’t use the blue or you will get Smurf feet)
1 cup Vinegar, I used white
2 cups boiling water

Then Soak feet for 10-15 minutes,then take a foot file or brush pumice stone to help remove the dead skin.
If you suffer from really dry cracked feet, I would recommend doing this once a week over a 4 week period.
