Water Therapy – Could it work?

Over the past week, I have been reading alot about Water Therapy, and the benefits this can have to your health.
It is very popular in Japan to drink water immediately after waking up every morning, furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value, Apparently, for old and serious diseases, as well as modern illnesses, the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:
Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases, however, I can find no official confirmation of the ‘Japanese Medical Society’ that has proven this works.

So could this just be another Fad?

Lets look into the Japanese Water Therapy in more detail, this is the ‘treatment method’

1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 640 ml (21.6 oz) of water;

– The water must NOT contain fluoride;

2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute;

3. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal;

4. After breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours;

5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day;

6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life;

* This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times. It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine work in our life.

Will I try it? Why Not? the way I see it is, The Water Therapy offers your body the amount of water you should consume daily, since the body is made up of 55 to 60 percent of water, your body weight is able to fluctuate so dramatically and quickly, Water Therapy may help keep water intake stable and consistent, It may also help to cleanse the body and help clear skin.

As I always say with anything like this, do visit a health practitioner before giving anything a go, I am not an expert, I have simply found this info, and find it interesting, and wanted to share.

    Actually i have heard drinking water as soon as you wake up in the morning helps cure many diseases.. well should try it 🙂

    im going to try this. if ur looking for something else that is strange but is also proven to cure diseases u should try oil pulling I did and for the short time I did it it did wonders for my teeth and cleared my sinus problem

    My father has been doing this for many years. He is of old age and this was recommended by his doctor several years ago. It has really helped him stay fit over the years. Alhamdulilah he is 58 yrs old but has no serious health problems.
